Preparation of reports for the Global Operations Leadership Team based on performance data Train the facility team on the importance and requirements for performance management Ensure timely query resolution on the definition of performance measures, data source and calculation and calibration Review and validation of performance dashboards to identify the gaps and abnormalities and update the information for the governance Ensuring control checks are available for the activities, documenting standard way of working and ensuring the same has been followed Establish strong stakeholder management and a governance model Preparation of Heads-up mail before the monthly review for the governance committee Collaborate with technology team (SAP/ BI) to update, make design changes in dashboard Communicate the action items identified from Monthly review meeting and follow up on the closure of assigned actions Prepare the templates to collect the data for target setting and ensure the data interfacing to appear in dashboard Onboarding of New BU/SBU/Plants into Performance Management Updating data basis receipt of change request Organize Pre-MOR calls within origins to identify the gaps in their performance Preparation and Validation of data collection templates Resolving the issues related to performance dashboard Maintaining Access Control Matrix for Performance dashboard Key Deliverables Qualification: Masters or Graduation in Engineering/ Business administration Work Location: Chennai Experience: 3 to 6 years, Preferable in Manufacturing (FMCG, Agri, Pharma) Role/ Grade: Specialist - Performance Management (F3) Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal Skills Data analysis and validation, Attention to details, Self-Starter Good Analytical Skills to infer and report observations Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP/BI/Tableau Operations Willing to learn new process and new tools Ability to understand various reporting platforms to consolidate information Ability to prioritize and plan, balancing priorities and deadline Olam is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
