Role description

ROLE TDS SUPPORT ANALYST



You should have minimum 57 years of experience with proven expertise in Temenos Reporting and Analytics applications especially in Temenos Data Hub



You should have strong understanding of TDH architecture data models and reconciliation processes Proficiency in OracleDB2SQL Server databases and performance troubleshooting



You should have demonstrated ability to perform functional root cause analysis reproduce issues and propose effective solutions or workarounds



You should have handson experience with ETL tools SQL stored procedures and query optimization with clear understanding of incident problem and change management processes



You should have handson experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration deployment and management of TDH components



You should have knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker



You should have familiarity with cloudnative architecture including microservices and scalable data platforms



You should have experience working with data lakes Lakehouses and building scalable ETL pipelines on cloud infrastructure



You should have familiarity with UnixLinux scripting and job scheduling tools Autosys ControlM Cron



You should have strong written and verbal communication skills able to clearly document issues solutions and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders



You should have familiarity with Temenos Implementation Methodology and its application in BAU operations
