Job Summary Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals Management PMGM specialist to lead configuration administration and optimization of performance management processes 8 to 9 years of handson experience configuring and administering SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals Management PMGM moduleExpertise in the SuccessFactors platform with a focus on PMGM functionalities and performance management best practicesIndepth knowledge of endtoend performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and continuous feedbackProficient in configuring PMGM templates forms workflows and system integrations within the SuccessFactors ecosystemAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective PMGM solutionsStrong analytical and problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and crossfunctional teamsSAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is required Roles and Responsibilities Lead the configuration administration and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors PMGM moduleCollaborate with HR IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored performance management solutionsDesign implement and maintain PMGM templates forms workflows and related integrationsEnsure alignment of performance management processes with organizational goals and industry best practicesProvide expert guidance and training to endusers and support teams on PMGM functionalitiesMonitor system performance identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancementsTroubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the PMGM moduleStay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend relevant updates or optimizations
