Job Title: Senior Specialist, Instructional Design
Experience: 8-10 years
Location: Gurugram
Position type: Full time
Timing: 1pm - 10pm (IST)
What this job involves:
As an Instructional Designer in our Marketing team at JLL, you will design and develop engaging learning experiences that support our marketing initiatives, new processes, platform adoption, change management, and internal training programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create innovative and effective e-learning content.
Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development

a. Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360
b. Create storyboards, scripts, and supporting materials for learning projects
c. Ensure all learning content aligns with JLL's brand guidelines and marketing objectives

• Collaboration and Strategy

a. Work with stakeholders to understand learning needs and develop instructional strategies
b. Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning program effectiveness

• Project Management

a. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
b. Stay current with instructional design best practices and emerging technologies
Sounds like you? To apply, you need to have:

• 8-10 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment

• Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite, including Storyline and Rise

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, engaging ways

• Experience with multimedia content creation (audio, video, graphics)

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Basic project management skills
