The Senior Specialist in this position is required to provide on-going design, development & support as an expert on Identity Access Management and related Authentication methods. Required to participate in the Global Projects as a key project member, mainly in Identity Access Management and Authentication area.

Making an impact. What will you do?



You will be handling Identity Access Management & Authentication

You will be required to design, build, optimise and maintain the services in a cost-efficient manner globally with expected quality standards

Also ensuring effective technical response to team members, across teams and customers on time and act as the escalation point for service and project issues

Handling implementation of new technologies within Global IS service area

Participating in global projects in Identity Access Management & Authentication areas and contributes with knowledge in that field, to secure that projects can be completed as expected and within the timeframe

You will be required to provide guidance & support to the team towards development of standards, guidelines, and policies to achieve highest quality, within own subject area

Should have the ability to think, plan and execute within defined policies and objectives

You will also guide other team members in their skills and ensure distribution of knowledge within team through proactive cross skilling and knowledge management activities



Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?



You must have at least five years of hands-on experience in design, architect, implementation of at least one complete IT Infrastructure security project on Identity and Access Management solution

Should possess exposure to a variety of programming languages and technologies, including, but not limited to, VB.Net, C#, Angular and MS/SQL etc

You should have expertise in Scripting like SQL, PowerShell etc. and sound knowledge of infrastructure ideally Windows operating system

Must have hands-on on experience in any IGA Products:

One Identity Manager (Preferred), SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Now, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, Radiant One Identity

You should have experience on REST APIs, JSON and postman tool

Must have experience in handling security related functions with strict adherence to standard operating procedures

Also required to have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Developing and maintain technical documentation, as well as mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers

You should also have good soft skills i.e. verbal & written communication and presentation

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals

You should have had direct client experience, including working with client teams in an on-site and offshore mode
