Maintenance and support experience in Oracle HCM cloud integrations and reporting with ability to troubleshoot issues, analyse and take appropriate action to remediate issues.
Ability to develop ad hoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth.

Hands on experience in developing Fast Formulas across HCM modules.
Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations.
Hands-on experience with HCM Experience Design Studio and AutoComplete Rules
Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Security - Design, build, recommend - based on business requirements
Key Result Areas
Issues and Incidents raised in eConnect and the team's Functional Mailbox are addressed or/and escalated in accordance with the company's existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework i.e. 1-3 working days for non-complex issues. 3-5 working days for complex issues. Status update to customers is essential if more time is needed.
Detailed Quality Assurance testing i.e. considering all the different scenarios to test and inclusion of documented expected results for each HR and other stakeholder satisfaction in the guidance and direction provided on HR Systems and related IT processes. Measurable reduction in HR requests is an indicator of successful guidance and education.
Successful involvement in GHRIT planned projects, measured against objectives and milestones.
Lead or support the implementation of new HRIT systems or modules
Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption to business operations
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across HR systems
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR metrics and analytics
Support compliance and audit requirements through accurate data management

Diploma / bachelor's degree in computer science /information technology and above or related qualifications
Requirements
At least 6 years relevant experience supporting and administering SaaS HR systems (e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), SAP, Workday, etc.).
Demonstrated methodical and analytical abilities
Demonstrated experience and understanding of HR business processes and translating related policies and processes into system configuration
Experience working with end users to provide technical/functional support.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM as a key user/ consultant
