Job Summary



Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Solution Architecture to lead and enhance solution frameworks and accelerators







Design develop and implement robust solution frameworks and accelerators to streamline business processes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions Analyze existing solution architectures and identify areas for improvement using best practices Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies into solution frameworks Ensure alignment of architectural solutions with enterprise standards and business goals Support the creation and maintenance of documentation related to solution frameworks and accelerators Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote adoption of solution accelerators across teams Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented frameworks and recommend enhancements Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to solution architecture



Roles and Responsibilities



Lead the design and development of solution frameworks and accelerators within the Solution Architecture family Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize architectural requirements and deliverables Serve as a subject matter expert in solution frameworks guiding junior architects and development teams Conduct detailed analysis to identify gaps and propose improvements in existing solution accelerators Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in solution architecture across projects Manage risks and resolve issues related to solution framework implementation Coordinate with enterprise architects to ensure endtoend solution alignment Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members Participate in project planning review sessions and architectural governance forums
