Senior Specialist - AI Works role focused on conceptualizing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions across the life insurance value chain to deliver high business impact. Requires strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, along with programming proficiency in Python and PySpark. Experience with AWS AI/ML stack, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance computing (GPU/TPU) is preferred.


Key requirements include:


6-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment.
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or quantitative disciplines from Tier 1/2 institutes.
End-to-end implementation of supervised, unsupervised, and Generative AI models (e.g., Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, LLMs).
Ability to leverage pre-trained models and apply contextualization and transfer learning.
Strong understanding of AI architecture, algorithms, and advanced mathematical concepts.
Experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML environments and deployment best practices.

The role involves building scalable AI solutions, integrating them with business processes, and exploring emerging AI techniques to solve complex problems within the insurance domain.
