Senior Specialist - Abstractions

JBS Lease Administration (Gurugram)

Reporting to:

Operations Lead - Lease Administration

Key Stakeholders:

Project Team, WDLA JBS and Onshore

Acting as the Key DealSumm SME for the planned implementations



Act as the key contact for JBS for DealSumm implementations Liaison with subject matter experts to build business templates for DealSumm implementation Be the voice of the business throughout the deployment - consult with JBS leads the requirements and feasibility of proposed solutions

Creation of DealSumm templates



Develop and document business templates for DealSumm implementation with 100% accuracy. Track the number of templates created and approved by stakeholders, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. Support maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base of DealSumm tool functionalities and best practices, to serve as a resource for the JBS Lease Admin function.

Efficient UAT participation



Translate business requirements into user stories for developers and document requirements. Oversee the testing of user stories for upcoming sprints, track the number of user stories created and accepted by the program team, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements. Track the percentage of successful tests vs. total tests conducted. Participate in UAT phase with 100% quality, Update the findings tracker with 100% accuracy and real time basis Flag any risks in meeting the project's deadlines proactively.

Internal and External Client Relationship management



Work with the program manager and other stakeholders to secure agreement on planning; creating, grooming and prioritizing User Stories for upcoming sprints; Regular updates to the program team and stakeholders - establish and maintain a regular communication channels with JBS leads to gather feedback and requirements.

Individual efficiency and productivity

Improve Individual Productivity for JBS by proper prioritization of tasks and projects; and assessing their impact for operational teams

Operational efficiency and Productivity initiatives

Support using technology effectively Support the successful implementation of OpEx and Action Plans from OEI Propose automation/improvement ideas with regards to Knowledge Management, training coordination etc.

Employee development



Complete all learnings shared in JBS Participate in L&D Program and provide Trainings to LA users for enhancements In line with development needs and career aspirations

Client Onboarding and Access Management

Prepare SOP for client onboarding process and Access management for ongoing use and record Onboard the approved clients on production instances Coordinate access management activities with process leads & users and grant access on staging and production instances Work actively to resolve the access issues of Ops users
