Job Description

Service Delivery:

Perform advanced spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other wellness therapies.

Client Consultation:

Assess guest needs, discuss medical history and allergies, and recommend suitable treatments and products to promote comfort and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Training:

Guide and mentor junior therapists, provide training sessions to maintain service standards, and contribute to team motivation.

Operational Support:

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in treatment rooms and workstations, manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and report maintenance issues.

Health & Safety:

Adhere to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Marketing & Sales:

Promote spa services and products, up-sell additional treatments, and participate in promotional activities.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history, post-treatment recommendations, and progress notes.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor service quality, gather client feedback, and implement improvements to meet industry standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
