As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for IT roles.(Finance Domain) Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, and other creative methods, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate profiles to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and fit with the organization. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for the roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

5+ years of experience in Recruitment from Investment banking/Finance/BFSI. Excellent Stakeholder management is required. Should have good basic knowledge in excel like starting from simple formulae to at least Pivot level. Good with power point is an additional advantage. Very good written and oral communication skills with more emphasis on mail communication.
