Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to support business growth.
Conduct supplier audits, quality verification, and performance reviews.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Sourcing & Procurement
Manage RFQs, comparative statements, and supplier quotations.
Ensure timely release of purchase orders and follow-up for material delivery.
Validate supplier rates using zero-based costing techniques.
Product & Project Development
Support new product development through sourcing of materials and components.
Collaborate with quality and production teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain technical sheets and BOMs for new products.
Cost Optimization
Analyze cost structures and introduce cost-saving opportunities.
Implement sourcing strategies for profitability and efficiency improvements.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with Quality, Design, Production, and Dispatch teams for supplier alignment.
Work closely with Finance for supplier payments, reconciliations, and compliance.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain sourcing records, supplier performance reports, and cost sheets.
Provide regular updates to management on sourcing progress and supplier issues.
