Key Responsibilities: Be the Architect of Winning Deals
Lead Solution Strategy:
Partner with sales executives to qualify opportunities, lead discovery workshops, and define the solution vision aligned to client business objectives (e.g., revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation).
Architect End-to-End Solutions:
Design robust, integrated solutions leveraging our services portfolio and technology partner ecosystem (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce). Develop high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration plans.
Own the Technical Proposal:
Author persuasive, client-ready proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work (SOW). Clearly articulate scope, assumptions, deliverables, success criteria, and differentiators.
Drive Commercial Constructs:
Collaborate with delivery and finance to build pricing models (Fixed-Price, T&M, Outcome-based), resource plans, and effort estimations that ensure project viability and profitability.
Engage and Influence Stakeholders:
Present and defend solutions to technical teams, IT leadership, and C-suite executives. Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) demos and whiteboarding sessions to build technical conviction and overcome objections.
Ensure Seamless Transition:
Champion won deals by leading a structured handoff to delivery teams, ensuring a clear understanding of solution context, client expectations, and success metrics.
