Overview

Seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect - Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning) with a proven consulting background to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale supply chain planning solutions. This role requires deep functional knowledge of supply chain planning, extensive hands-on expertise with Blue Yonder ESP, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with senior business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP solutions that enhance enterprise supply chain planning, forecasting, and execution capabilities. Assess and analyze current business processes, lead requirements discovery, and translate complex business needs into robust functional and technical solution designs aligned with strategic objectives. Configure, customize, and optimize Blue Yonder ESP to support sophisticated planning scenarios and evolving business requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams--including functional, technical, and project management resources--to define test strategies, develop test cases, and support end-to-end implementation activities. Partner with business stakeholders to define real-world testing scenarios, validate solution outcomes, and ensure alignment with operational goals. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, system optimization, and performance improvement across the planning landscape. Lead and support integrations between Blue Yonder ESP, ERP platforms, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor to ensure solution adoption, alignment, and long-term success. Develop and deliver comprehensive training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams. Provide consulting leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, including solution design, implementation, change management, and post-go-live hyper-care support.

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant, with deep specialization in Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP. Strong consulting background with demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and delivery of tailored, value-driven solutions. Extensive knowledge of supply chain planning processes, methodologies, and industry best practices. Proven hands-on experience configuring and customizing Blue Yonder ESP solutions. Solid technical foundation, including Oracle database concepts, PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, and SDLC methodologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels. Blue Yonder ESP certification is preferred.
