We are looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to join our Salesforce team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on multiple Salesforce Systems that we support and manage. We are using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and many different apps within Salesforce - Salesforce CPQ, Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Conga Composer, etc. You will have a good opportunity to work with business on all the different tools and enhance our systems/processes. The team consists of 4 and is reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery Operations. The Solutions Analyst is an active participant in all phases of the solution lifecycle and works closely with a variety of internal stakeholders and technology partners, including business leaders, developers, and testing teams. The Solutions Analyst understands key business practices, manage projects and issues, and elicit and document business requirements and translate these into functional system design specifications for dev/testing teams. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform and associated clouds. Strong focus on user experience Expert Stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills Strong business analysis and functional understanding Experience with Lightning, custom objects, and custom metadata Hands-on Salesforce experience Understanding of Salesforce best practices. It would be great if you also had . . . Knowledge on integrations and billing applications. Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst Certification (desirable) What will you be doing in this role Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand high level objectives and priority of requests. Work with various business teams to understand detailed business requirements and prepare Business requirements documents/functional design documents. Offer guidance to business on best practices related to key specific business processes. Understand the requirements and create process maps as necessary to capture journey of a particular process. Work on user stories and Establish acceptance criteria to ensure proposed solutions meet or exceed customer expectations. Participate in all Sprint meetings. Work closely with dev teams to ensure the technical build meets the needs of the business. Address any issues/concerns raised by developments/testing teams during the development/testing lifecycle. Participate and offer support during UAT cycle to the business. Work closely with Salesforce Admin teams to assist with any production issues and help in investigation/analysis (Not responsible to make the actual change in Prod). Collect any additional customer feedback and create stories in backlog for prioritization. Maintain adherence to project schedules and deadlines, which often requires creativity, common sense, and problem-solving abilities. Prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Identify and understand issues and risks. Handle them in a way that mitigates risk to quality, timeline, and scope. About the Team The Senior Solutions Analyst will be the face of IT. You will be working closely with business to capture requirements on enhancement/project requests, leading workshops, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. You will be joining a global team and involved in business-critical projects, running on world class technology stack. Hours of Work Candidate will work from Monday to Friday (2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST). This is permanent position.
