Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless functionality. Collaboration: Partner with other IT teams, and other business units to gather development, integration requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. System Maintenance: Identifying areas for optimisation and scalability. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Configurations, integrations, including system diagrams and process workflows. Compliance and Security: Ensure all configurations, integrations and other developments comply with data protection, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of configurations and integrations, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality delivery.

Skills essential to the Job
EssentialShould have minimum 10+ years of experience in Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS on development and implementation projects. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs, pain points, and desired outcomes for the requested changes and enhancements. Analyze the existing Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS configuration and data to identify opportunities for improvements and new capabilities. Document the detailed requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Leverage the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS platform's configurability and customization capabilities to implement the requested changes and enhancements. Develop custom reports, labels, dashboards, and KPI metrics based on the Blue Yonder WMS data to meet the customer's reporting and analytics requirements. Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability for reporting and analytics. Optimize data management practices, including data cleansing, normalization, and governance, to maintain data integrity and reliability. To train our operators on Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS Superuser tasks Provide comprehensive training to the customer's end-users on the new features, functionalities, and reporting capabilities. Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to ensure the customer's team can effectively utilize the enhanced Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS. Monitor the performance and adoption of the implemented changes and enhancements and gather feedback from the customer. Identify and prioritize additional improvement opportunities based on the customer's evolving needs and industry best practices. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS and its integrations.

Desirable:Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS product related certification. Experience with cloud and middleware technologies (e.g., AWS & Azure). Knowledge of Australian based carriers and Supply Chain process.
