What you will do

• Integration/configuration/ fix of Linux (RHEL, CentOS) issues
• Upgrade and maintain the LINUX OS
• Patch Management
• Implementation of Linux OS
• DRBD Support
• Syslog management
• Tackle log source integration issues on servers, active directory
• Co-ordination with the Monitoring team on solving issues
• Inspiring change request tickets for admin activities, issues, and incidents
• Co-ordinate with the L3 team for issues.
• Analyze and resolve sophisticated technical issues related to OS.
• Excellent written and Oral English communication skills.
• Providing Inputs and Assisting to Prepare HLD & LLD
• Vendor Co-ordination

You will bring

• Expertise in Linux in system administration & and management.
• Expertise in Puppet, git, and Ansible configuration and management tools.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Solid grasp of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
• Cron job scheduling
• Experience with Linux performance and tunning.
• NTP & DNS Fix
• NFS Server & Client setup & fix
• Basic networking knowledge & NIC bonding.
• Having good knowledge of PAM and Linux file systems.
• Solid grasp of Safeguard Authentication Services
• SUDO administration, LVM administration, OS backup, Recovery, and user administration.
• Basic knowledge of SMTP, SMTP Configuration, and solve
• Upgrade Linux from RHEL 6.x to 7.x and 8.x
• Work with OEM for technical support, set up and maintain documentation and standards for future purposes.
• Familiar with Virtualizations like Docker - Containers, Kubernetes, DevOps - CICD.
• Solid grasp of Bash and Python or Perl scripting.
• Disk Management: Crafting Partitions and using LVM for dynamically extending and reducing partition sizes if the need emerged and auto-mounting them after the restart.
• User Management: Creation of Users and groups, Setting up ACL, permissions, Disk quota.
• Performance & Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, Grafana/Prometheus.
• Professional Certifications :-
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator ((RHCSA/RHCE).
• GCP - Google Cloud Associate
• Key Technical Skills :-
• OS Administration and Management: RHEL/CentOS 6.x, 7.x, 8.x.
• Patch Management: RPM, YUM, RHN, and REDHAT Satellite.
• Performance & Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, Grafana/Prometheus
• DRBD
