Role & Responsibilities
Solutioning & Implementation
Understand client billing models and configure contracts, pricing, and invoicing workflows.
Lead customer pilots and implementations ensuring complete onboarding within 3-8 weeks.
Translate complex customer requirements into structured product configurations and workflows.
Pre-Sales & Technical Discovery
Support the sales team in live demos, sandbox configurations, and RFP responses.
Conduct discovery calls to map capabilities with customer needs.
Create and maintain customized demo environments showcasing real use cases.
Internal Collaboration & Escalation
Represent the
voice of the customer
across product, tech, and sales teams.
Provide structured feedback and assist with troubleshooting or escalation where required.
Ensure smooth handoffs between pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams.
Documentation & Enablement
Prepare client-specific onboarding and configuration documentation.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training content, and playbooks.
Communicate clearly across both business and technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
4-6 years of relevant experience in pre-sales or solution engineering (B2B SaaS).
Comfortable working in
US time zone
(evening/night IST).
Strong grasp of SaaS systems, APIs, and product workflows.
Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving abilities.
Empathetic communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Entrepreneurial attitude with willingness to take ownership and wear multiple hats.
Familiarity with accounting/billing logic and system integration concepts.
Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented.
