Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Solution Architect

to play a

critical leadership role

in designing and scaling the

VEROXON healthcare AI platform

. This role requires deep expertise in

enterprise architecture, cloud-native systems, AI-enabled platforms, and healthcare interoperability

, with a strong focus on

security, compliance, and performance at scale

.

The ideal candidate will work closely with

product management, engineering, AI/data teams, and security stakeholders

to translate business and clinical requirements into

robust, future-ready technical architectures

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end architecture design

of VEROXON's core platform and ecosystem Define

scalable, cloud-native, microservices-based architectures

Design

AI-ready platforms

supporting ML pipelines, analytics, and data intelligence Drive

healthcare interoperability standards

(HL7, FHIR, APIs) Ensure

security, privacy, and compliance-by-design

(HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2) Collaborate with Product Managers to align

business, clinical, and technical requirements

Guide engineering teams on

architecture best practices, performance, and scalability

Review and optimize system designs for

high availability, resilience, and fault tolerance

Lead

API strategy

, integration patterns, and platform extensibility Mentor senior engineers and act as a

technical authority

across teams Support enterprise deployments, integrations, and architectural decision-making
Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

15+ years of experience in

software architecture / solution architecture

Strong background in

enterprise SaaS and platform engineering

Proven experience designing

large-scale, distributed systems

Healthcare & Domain Expertise (Highly Preferred)

Experience with

healthcare products or platforms

Knowledge of

EHR/EMR systems

(Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) Understanding of

HL7, FHIR, healthcare data models

Familiarity with

HIPAA, HITECH, healthcare security standards

Cloud & Platform Technologies

Hands-on experience with

AWS / Azure / GCP

(HIPAA-eligible services) Expertise in

microservices, containers, Kubernetes

Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation)
AI, Data & Modern Architecture

Experience designing

AI/ML-enabled platforms

Understanding of

data lakes, ETL pipelines, analytics architectures

API-first, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.)
Security & Compliance

Strong understanding of

IAM, RBAC, OAuth2, OpenID Connect

Encryption standards, secure data handling SOC 2 / ISO 27001 awareness
Leadership & Communication

Excellent stakeholder communication skills Experience working with

global, cross-functional teams

Ability to translate complex systems into clear architectural decisions
