Job Title : Solution Architect (Salesforce Revenue Cloud with QTC)

Budget : 8+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead End-to-End Solution Design & Architecture

2. Define and design scalable, integrated QTC architectures that align with business goals and technology standards.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, and operations) to translate business needs into robust system designs across CPQ, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

4. Drive Process Analysis & Optimization

5. Assess existing QTC workflows and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or integration gaps.

6. Recommend and implement future-state process improvements to enhance automation, accuracy, and customer experience.

7. Provide Technical Leadership & Governance

8. Serve as the technical authority and SME for QTC-related technologies such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Conga.

9. Guide development and integration teams on design best practices, data modeling, performance tuning, and governance.

10. Oversee Solution Implementation & Integration

11. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of QTC solutions, integrating with ERP, CRM, and financial systems.

12. Validate that configurations, customizations, and data flows adhere to architectural principles and business requirements.

13. Stakeholder Communication & Continuous Improvement

14. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

15. Provide post-deployment support, optimization recommendations, and ensure the solution evolves with business needs. Your Skillset We're looking for an accomplished QTC Solution Architect with a strong foundation in Salesforce and revenue management systems.

16. 7+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 4+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud with QTC solution architecture or consulting.

17. Quote-to-Cash (QTC) Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) or Conga RLM. Strong understanding of architecture, configuration, and data models.

18. End-to-End QTC Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Contract Management, Order Management, Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Recognition.

19. Solution Architecture & Design: Proven ability to design and implement scalable, integrated QTC architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

20. Integration & Data Flow: Experience integrating Salesforce QTC with ERP, CRM, and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

Process Optimization & Analytical Thinking: Skilled at analyzing business processes and designing efficient, automated workflows.

Certifications (Required / Preferred) Required:

Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Platform Developer
Good to Have:

Conga CPQ Specialist Certification Conga CLM / Billing / Revenue Management Certifications
