Role: Senior Solution Architect

OSI is looking for a results-driven Senior Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience in creating clean, modern, scalable, secure, and maintainable code for cloud/SaaS-based web products and applications. We are looking for someone who can architect a system and come up with a solution to meet the required requirements and characteristics ask, using adequately evaluated technologies, tools and frameworks.
If you enjoy building, designing, architecting, exploring technologies, and innovating system frameworks and solutions, this role supports and enables the development and execution of the strategy and plans for the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Driving the architecture and supporting the natural teams within the business, by working with the Lead Application Architect to maintain the segment architectures, application portfolio inventory, landscape diagrams, and lifecycle maps for the applications.
Responsibility for the architectural standards and governance of projects within the segment to ensure the security, safety, and cost-effectiveness of solutions by ensuring architecture artifact quality and retention in appropriate tools.
Must take responsibility for the overall technical direction of the project and product.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Development/Support teams to provide the system requirements and dependencies.
Constant check on the quality and effectiveness of the code quality and Application Performance.
Mentoring the teams and Participating in Organization/Practice initiatives.
Required Skills:
10+ years' experience in Develop or defining architecture for mid to large enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, spring, spring boot, Spring MVC, Micro services, API gateways, Maven, Jira, Open-Source products, and strong working knowledge Service Orchestration, Business Process Choreography, Federation Services (SSO and Authentications).
2+ Years' experience in building cloud native applications using any cloud platform like AWS, AZURE, GCP.
Good knowledge into JavaScript and Angular / React Js. Frameworks.
Experience in Data modeling using any RDBMS like MySql, Oracle, SQL server and NO SQL like MONGO DB, CASSANDRA.
Experience in Working with distributed cache frameworks/tools.
Working knowledge on message-driven architectures (ex: Kafka) Good Anticipation and problem-solving skills - an expert technical architect
Should be able to anticipate where problems might crop up and find solutions before the system gets deployed.
Should have hands on experiences in resolving issues pertained to security and performance using Application profiling tools.
Excellent communication skills - you should be adept at listening to, understanding, and explaining key concepts to managerial and technical resources.

Restricted to Project, resources, customer management
Not hands-on building the system architecture and solutioning activities
Prefer to work remotely
No exposure to use the AI tools like cursor, copilot for better productivity
