You will be a part of our WorkWave team, helping to develop & support the WorkWave productsResponsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve production defects reported by customers using existing observability tools, logs, API interactions, and collaborating respective teams and products.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation by writing detailed troubleshooting guides and best practices for common issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and provide insights on recurring issues, ensuring long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with the onshore L2 support team to resolve critical incidents, share knowledge, and ensure seamless support coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience in ReactJS
• 2+ years of experience in .NET / C#
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL required
• Knowledge of Agile software development processes
• Experience with scaling systems in a cloud environment (AWS) would be an added advantage
• Familiar and working knowledge of MSFT IIS
• Proficient with Git and version controlling concepts
• Experience with DevExtreme and DevExpress or similar components would be an added advantage
