Job Title : Senior Software Support Engineer Experience required : 4-6 years Job Location : Gurgaon Must have skills: .net, .net core, SQL, and AWS cloud Infra The Job Support operationally large scale .Net application for meeting defined SLAs. Design, develop, code and test software systems, or applications for software as when needed. Collaborate with developers, interaction and visual designers, and business stakeholders to deliver responsive user experiences on schedule. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable operational automation process and code. You will be responsible to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Practice Agile methodologies. Have the drive and passion to ensure consistent end-to-end user experience. Willing to work in a 24*5 profile with weekend on-call support Additional allowance for weekend. Qualifications & Skills required : Strong knowledge of .NET & .NET Core frameworks and Must Have - AWS Development and Operations both UG - B. Tech/B. E./MCA 5+ years developing and maintaining web-based applications. Proficient in C# and VB.NET, IIS with a good knowledge of their ecosystems. Good to understanding of monitoring tools - Dynatrace, SCOM. Good to have understand of DevOps tools - Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible. Strong understanding of support processes with SLAs, ERT, ORT. Ability to triage and publish RCAs for scalable systems issues. Understanding of object-oriented programming. Skill for writing reusable libraries. Strong knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with popular web application frameworks -Angular would be added advantage. Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code. Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application. Contribute to Automation and Operational Excellence efforts. Ability to coordinate with Infrastructure support teams and get things done Strong experience with AWS, and should be familiar with concepts such as EC2, ALB, Route52, Container services, CloudWatch, Lambda Expressions, IAM, networking. Preferred : Supporting large scale distributed application operations hosted on AWS infrastructure. Excellent grasp on support process and monitoring Agile methodologies, pair/peer programming, collaboration with developers Working closely with server-side and ISS teams
