We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Take up the responsibility of the entire Project.
• Carefully analyse the project and rectify the errors found in the process.
• Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfil the requirement of system wide.
• Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
• Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
• Keep on asking for the reviews and feedback from the peers.
• Reporting for all the weekly tasks in form of accurate and detailed reports.
• To keep a check on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system.
• Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the SM at project level.
• To ensure that Team is working as per the listed procedures, Lead should conduct FIR- Process check master.
• Lead should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.
• Tech Lead should inspire all the other team members, a Lead who is looked upon by all the members.
• Transform requirements into stipulations and identify production and non-production application issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Deep understanding of CI/CD and available tools
• Logging, Monitoring and Alerting concepts in a banking environment
• Deep understanding of IBM WebSphere Application Server or cloud and IBM BPM
• Deep understanding of code version and branches management and available tools
• Strong hands on experience in IBM BPM's BPDs (Process Designer), Coach framework.
• Develop core system/integration components utilizing J2EE, XML, SOAP and REST web services
• Relational Databases with basic SQL Skills
• Web Technologies - HTML, DHTML, JavaScript
• 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years with IBM BPM (Version IBM BPM 8.x)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Database development, preferred in Oracle
• 3+ years of experience with WebSphere Application Server
• Hands-on experience in development using open source framework, e.g. Spring, Hibernate
• Experience developing using Agile methodology.
• Maven or Gradle experience.
• Test Driven Development experience is desired preferably jUnit test design using Mockito framework and Wiremock.
• Ability to gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development
• Proven track record in designing, developing and deploying applications. Hands-on experience with Unix, Git, Gradle, Jenkins
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence
