Summary In this role you will Design, Develop & Deliver software for the Enterprise Digital Solutions products. You will be responsible for building software products with highest quality and in a timely manner.

Essential Responsibilities
In this role you will,

• Work with engineering team on day-to-day development activities, participating in design and architecture discussions, design review, code review, and implementation.
• Work closely with product management & architects in understanding requirements, design, architecture and own implementation of the features
• Develop and deliver quality application software on-time and delivery against project plans and delivery commitments.
• Demonstrating Agile and Lean software development methodologies to drive reliability upstream into the product development life cycle
• Maintain current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology, always on a lookout for new technologies and work with management and development team in bringing new technologies.
• Work with a minimum of technical supervision and supplemental engineering support, while responding efficiently to multiple program priorities. This role requires extensive interfacing with the cross functional teams and multiple product teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) 7+ years of experience in Software development.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server, TSQL (Mandatory).
• Hands on experience in designing optimized DB, data migration to MS SQL Server (Mandatory)
• Hands on experience in Python or/And PowerShell(Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in applying design principles in scripts and very analytical skill.
• Hands-on experience in Microservices & AWS (Added advantage)
• Exposure to Sybase or RDS( Added advantage)
• Ready to work in existing product, strong troubleshooting/debugging skill, resolving complex technical & customer feedback
• Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps and tools like Jenkins, GitLab pipelines
• Good problem solving and analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with product cross product, Service and L4

• Strong problem solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
• Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed DB systems
• Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks
• Evangelizes how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective

• Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
• Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas
• Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
