IBM Tririga Platform: in Shell Retail we are using IBM Tririga platform for real estate. We are building Tririga technical capability within Shell.

Domain Knowledge

• Real Estate Lease - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, CPI, Options, Clause, Process Payment, SBR
• Accounting knowledge - Accrual, Amortization, GAAP, IFRS
• Capital Projects - Scheduling, Budget, Procurement, Cash Flow

Accountabilities

• Working as Technical Lead Tririga Platform & Applications
• Be up to date on the technological aspects in terms of the application/tool capabilities to be able to recommend the right solution for the right business demand/purpose including its fitness of purpose
• Guide and deliver through members in the team

Dimensions and Special Challenges

• Build strong working relationship with Product Line Managers (PLMs), Project Manager & Business Users.
• Ability to learn domain skills expected in Shell Retail.
• Virtual working in a global environment with culturally diverse teams and across many organizational boundaries (within and across IT support and delivery organizations, incl. suppliers)
• Managing multiple delivery priorities, multiple demand requests and complex (integration) issues
• High degree of application, technology and SaaS landscape complexity and integration
• Working as one team with business support teams to ensure seamless development and deployments of changes and maximum added value for the business by proposing continuous improvements in line with the business needs and strategy

Mandatory Qualifications

• Domain knowledge & Developer Experience is a must
• Typical Years of Experience: 8 to 14 years of corporate IT experience
• Minimum Education or Certification: 4-year Degree related to IT

Developer Experience / Mandatory Skills

• Experience in Configuration/Implementation/Support and Maintenance of various modules of IBM TRIRIGA like Real Estate Management and Capital Projects.
• TRIRIGA Application Development experience including UI-UX. Translate wireframes to High quality code.
• Extensive knowledge of IBM TIRIRIGA platform (Data modeler, Form builder, Report Manager, Workflow Builder, reports)
• Experience in producing/consuming REST API services and JavaScript Add-ons
• Experience in core and advanced Java. Experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Hands on experience of Spring MVC framework of Java.
• Language & Application: JAVA, JavaScript, Eclipse, BIRT, VSTS, DB2, Oracle, GitHub
