Job Description

xe2x97x8f 5+ years of hands-on experience with Scala programming (not just Spark).
xe2x97x8f Experience with Scala 2.11+ and familiarity with migration to newer versions.
xe2x97x8f Familiarity with Play Framework (experience with Play 2.4 or later, dependency injection).
xe2x97x8f Familiarity with Akka (especially if experienced with Akka Actors, Remoting, and Persistence).
xe2x97x8f Hands-on experience with asynchronous and non-blocking programming.
xe2x97x8f Understanding of functional programming concepts and idiomatic Scala.
xe2x97x8f Familiarity with build tools such as sbt.
xe2x97x8f Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
xe2x97x8f Experience in working with large-scale codebases and upgrading frameworks/libraries.
xe2x97x8f Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
xe2x97x8f Good debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot migration-related issues.
xe2x97x8f Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and dependency management.Good to Have:
xe2x97x8f Prior experience in Play framework and Akka toolkit.
