What you'll achieve:

As a

Senior Software Engineer-Risk Intelligence Analytics,

you will play a key part in the RIA team. The ideal candidate can understand the broad picture of what is happening at Dell and can help shape our risk assessment, our control focus, partner with our business partners to provide analytics service offerings. The role has a vital part to the success and key to our modernization strategy and initiatives. This role reports to a GAT Director. The GAT Risk Intelligence & Analytics team is seeking an energetic, versatile Automation Developer with complementary analytic skillsets. This resource would work on Robotic Process Automation projects which may include, but are not limited to enterprise process automation using software robotics and implementation and integration of system and technology initiatives necessary to achieve software robotics automation goals.

You will:

Design, development and maintenance of automation solutions that will benefit different areas of Finance using Automation Anywhere as well as other automation tools. Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills, with strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop technical solutions to their requirements. Able to analyze complex data and communicate the resulting insights with clarity. Someone who can tell the story, not just present. Experience with data quality/integrity checks. Understanding of relational database structures, Data warehouses, theories, principles, and practices. Understanding of BI tools. Strong capability with SQL and willingness to become expert with building queries / manipulating data. Interest in statistical programming including R preferred Demonstrated excellence in handling ambiguity, working in multi-disciplinary teams, having a 'can-do' attitude and strong desire to learn & development Train, coach and develop new and current team members

Essential requirements

Automation Anywhere 360 experience

with Robotic implementations. Knowledge of end-to-end application architecture and all phases of applications programming, with coding expertise in VBA Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience, with 6 to 8 years of experience Ability to drive the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept and methodologies framework for a new information system. Ability to develop proof of concepts (POCs) for new programs Strong SQL/PLSQL, SSIS, Teradata - Experience working in Business Intelligence solutions Excellent communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Audit automation and Fortune 500 company experience is also considered a plus.
