Job Title: Senior Software Engineer QA Experience: 5+ years Location: Australia (Sydney)/India (Bangalore) Opportunity to immigrate to Australia after 8-18 months. Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA Roles and Responsibilities:? We are looking for a modern QA engineer who understands that quality assurance is a critical and important part of Engineering and is more than simply designing and executing test cases. You will be involved in the full life-cycle of projects and will ensure the team has a balanced and healthy approach to quality in all dimensions and will help the team build a healthy strategy that enables confidence in frequent deployments to production. You will be writing test cases, automated unit testing, and uplifting QA processes and strategy within the team to ensure we release the highest quality products to our customers. Your role is to be an enabler and coach within the team. In some instances, you will be hands on testing throughout the sprint, in other instances you will be uplifting the QA practices within the team, and ensuring everyone is following them so that the team is more effectively deploying stable and secure software solutions to our customers. Technical Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science (desirable)
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in QA
- Good QA planning experience
- You come from a strong technical and test automation background in a software
- Ableto document testing scenarios, user flows & test cases within your team
- Experience in Java
- QA is your passion, and you are motived by building maintainable QA test automation suites
- Have a high attention to detail and will keep your team honest in regards to quality
- You understand that great QA is more than just test automation
- Strong experience and exposure to large scale and complex applications
- Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced and geographically
- distributed environment
- Linux experience is desirable
- You are a person who continually self learns and improves your technical skillsets
- Are curious, tenacious, creative, but are also great team players.
- Ready to explore newer technologies to make the development process easier.
- Able to solve problems independently, taking ownership of the projects you work on.
- Highly organized and thorough with critical attention to detail and documentation?
