Requirements
10+ years of relevant professional experience with a bachelors degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience. Including:
2+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
8+ years of development experience with Java, Spring, RESTAPI designand similar technologies
5+ years of leading teams using agile planning principles with Kanban or similar iterative approach for estimating, planning, retrospectives, etc.
Provenability to make well-reasoned design decisions and understand the architecture of core systems
Preferred
2+years ofdevelopmentexperienceusing React, React Native and Node.js
4+ years of experience in cloud architecture/tech, distributed event streaming (Kafka preferred)
4+ years of experience leading collaboration between engineers and product managers
4+ years of experience triaging and managing complex, productionissues
