Primary Responsibilities:



Full Stack Development: + Build and enhance scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot), React.js, and AWS
+ Integrate AI-driven components such as smart search, personalized recommendations, and conversational interfaces
+ Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
+ Integrate AI-driven components such as smart search, personalized recommendations, and conversational interfaces
+ Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences
+ Continuously experiment with AI-assisted workflows to improve development velocity and code quality
+ Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and agile ceremonies
+ Mentor peers on best practices for AI-assisted development
+ Work within Scrum or Kanban frameworks, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
+ Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value
+ Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git to manage work and documentation
+ Embrace a test-driven development (TDD) and shift-left testing mindset to ensure quality from the start
AI Builder Responsibilities: + Use GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI) to ideate, prototype, and implement features efficiently
+ Apply Vibe coding techniques to maintain clean, expressive, and AI-augmented codebases
+ Develop internal tools and scripts using AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity
+ Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical considerations

Required Qualifications:



Full time graduation degree 10+ years of experience in full stack development with Java (Spring Boot) and React.js Solid experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.) Experience using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI Experience working in Agile teams with a strong understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and AI-enhanced development workflows Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI Experience building intelligent UI components (e.g., chatbots, smart forms, predictive inputs) Exposure to serverless architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy considerations
