'* Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health

• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
• Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and efficiency across the team.
• Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve
• Provide operational support and engineering for large, distributed software applications
• Estimate: Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it
• Engineering: Implement and adhere to best engineering practices like design, unit testing, functional testing automation, continues integration and delivery
• Stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to take decisions bases on available information'

'* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, ReactJS, TypeScript, SCS, NodeJS, Angular JS, HTML, CSS,
• Well-versed with Engineering Practices and Agile environment
• Worked in an Agile team and good understanding of Scrum
• Proven good oral and written communication Skills
• Proven ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problems'

'* Experience in financial technology domain

• Experience with high volume transaction sites
• Experience working with applications deployed in private or public cloud
• Experience in customer facing products'
