• Participating in requirements overview and scoping discussions with Product Owners and Product Managers
• Participating in Design/Solution sessions with Architect, Product Manager and other stakeholders to build the design of new features aligning with architecture road-map of product
• Ensuring end-to-end integration view is aligned with all stakeholders and gaps are identified and worked upon
• Ensuring best engineering practices like DevOps, Unit Test coverage, Code Quality are implemented in team
• Managing capacity for the scope planned for a release
• Closing integration plans with relevant stakeholders and external team members
• Ensuring team’s backlog is managed properly and it is aligned with all stakeholders
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Core Java & building enterprise scale software products and solutions
• Solid working experience in Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Software development experience in Linux, Java, RDBMS, building web services [REST Services with JSON] and highly scalable applications
• Experience interfacing with back-end applications using SOAP, Restful web services, and JSON
• Experience with service-oriented and event-driven system architecture and Microservice Architecture
• Experience in handling Project Management and People Management
• Experience in deploying applications in OpenShift Cloud or equivalent (IBM Cloud, Amazon, etc.) and good knowledge on Docker Container
• Excellent knowledge of Databases like Oracle/NOSQL/ MongoDB
• Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, Angular JS/ React JS
• Good knowledge on Linux and Linux basic commands
• Good hands-on Apache Kafka Tool
• Good understanding of Performance Tools like JMeter, IBM Performance Analysis Tool
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and source code management techniques using Git
• Well versed with the technologies like Java /J2EE, Oracle, [Tomcat/Jboss/WebSphere], REST, Hibernate, JSP, CSS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good knowledge on node.js, html5, Python
• Good knowledge on Java v8.0 features
• Knowledge on AI and ML algorithms
• Knowledge in Shell Scripting
• Good understanding of SPLUNK
• Basic understanding on Kubernetes
