Where you fit in As XR Specialist, you work closely with various business units in shell, to develop solutions in the area of Visual Computing and Mixed Realities, Wearables and Virtual Assistants. What\'s the role

• Responsible for developing deep scientific and technical expertise in XR, including product hardware and software enabling key XR features such as VR learning, immersive collaboration, and augmented Digital Twin. This also includes a deep understanding of the new business capabilities XR can unlock and the disruptive new business use cases.
• Supports the delivery of new XR products in an Agile way. This entails planning, coordination and supervision of activities performed by subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders in the product and service development of new XR products. Signals non-compliance with respect to Global regulations and security aspects.

What we need from you

• Graduate with Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in B.E / B.Tech in any discipline or MCA or MSc (any discipline)
• At least 9 - 12 years of relevant working experience and prior experience in Emerging Digital Technology is most preferred
• Good to have hands-on in Unity 3D, UNREAL, VMWare, XR Devices, Meta Quest Pro, RealWear, Microsoft HoloLens
• Good to have certifications in emerging technologies space
• Having an open mind to explore/learn new technologies
• Manages the relationship with multiple (groups of) internal and external (i.e. research / academic institutions) stakeholders on a tactical level
