We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Voice AI (Node.js + Twilio / Voice API) who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and AI. ? What You'll Be Doing
?? Full Stack Development

• Build responsive frontends with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop scalable backends with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure security best practices, authentication, and authorization systems.

?? Internal Tools & Integrations

• Create dashboards, automation systems, and workflow management tools.
• Develop integrations between internal and third-party services.
• Build tools that help deploy and manage AI agents at scale.

? Customer Deployments & Support

• Partner with customers on technical implementations and integrations.
• Build API connections, webhook setups, and data flow architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments and provide technical support.

? AI-Driven Development

• Use AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
• Build applications that integrate with AI APIs and services.
• Stay ahead of best practices in combining AI with traditional software development.

? Who You Are

• 3+ years of software development experience (full stack).
• Proficient in React, Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable with backend architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of webhooks, ETL pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
• Experienced in AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience with voice/telephony APIs (Twilio or similar).
• Background in real-time communication systems or ML concepts.
• Prior experience in fast-moving startups or customer-facing technical roles.
