JD-2: ArcGIS Web Developer

5+ years of experience in ArcGIS Web development. Strong proficiency in ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Web AppBuilder, and Experience Builder. Experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular). Knowledge of Python (ArcPy), .NET for back-end GIS development. Backend development experience using Node.js (Express, Fastify, NestJS) with TypeScript and clean architecture. Database experience with PostGIS, SQL Server, or Oracle Spatial. Experience with ESRI REST API, Feature Services, and Geoprocessing Services. Well versed with ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Pro, Geo-databases, services-oriented integration methodologies). Version control experience using Git, GitHub. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure for GIS deployment.
