You will be responsible for building and maintaining AWS environments, supporting critical applications, and driving complex technical troubleshooting. This role requires strong autonomy, in-depth technical skills, and a proactive approach to platform reliability and operations.
Provision, configure, and maintain complex AWS environments to support application deployments.
Perform and support infrastructure and application deployments, ensuring consistency and stability across environments.
Investigate and resolve complex incidents, performing deep technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Optimize environment performance through monitoring, system tuning, and proactive improvements.
Support and continuously improve BAU operations, including patching, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure environment readiness and performance.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Participate in the on-call rotation and act as an escalation point for advanced technical issues.
4+ years of experience in systems engineering or cloud operations.
Strong experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, ELB, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments and advanced troubleshooting (event logs, services, registry, performance analysis).
Proven experience with application deployment processes and environment setup in cloud infrastructures.
Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server (administration, query troubleshooting, backups, connectivity).
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, NAT, firewalls, load balancing).
Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting tools for automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform);
experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently on complex issues.
Good communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
