Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team and support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our automation BOTs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of IT operations, and experience in working with automation tools and platforms. The IT Operations Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of BOTs, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation BOT Support:

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation BOTs to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Also, Automation of manual activities which involves the use of technology to perform repetitive, time-consuming tasks without human intervention.

Deployment and Configuration:

Assist in the deployment and configuration of new BOTs, ensuring they align with operational requirements and business objectives.

Incident Management:

Respond promptly to incidents related to BOT operations, performing root cause analyses and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously analyze and optimize BOT performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure BOTs meet business needs.

Documentation:

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of BOT operations, configurations, and processes.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure all BOT operations adhere to organizational security policies and industry regulations. *

Reporting:

Generate and analyze performance reports related to BOT operations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
