Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role with minimum 4+ years Hands on.
Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript is an added advantage
Familiarity with data modeling, API integrations, and RESTful services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices for the Power Platform
Job Expectations:
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps.
Automate business processes with Power Automate
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Develop and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
Ensure the security, compliance, and scalability of Power Platform solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem.
