We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer / Lead with expertise in the

Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance

domain, focusing on functional testing with a strong emphasis on test automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in QA processes, automation frameworks, and agile methodologies, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Skills,

Primary Skill Set:

o Domain Expertise:

Duck Creek Policy Admin System on P&C / Commercial/ Specialty Insurance

o Testing Expertise

: Manual & Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, Exploratory Testing, End-to-End Testing

o Test Automation:

Strong understanding of automation frameworks and shift-left testing principles

o Agile & QA Practices:

Experience with agile methodologies, test planning, risk-based testing, and quality assurance best practices

o Defect Management:

Proficient in defect tracking, resolution, and verification before UAT/production

o Test Management Tools:

Jira workflows, Jira test management plugins

Secondary Skill Set:

o Automation Frameworks:

Selenium with Java, API test automation

o BDD Implementation:

Experience in writing test cases in Gherkin (Cucumber, SpecFlow, or equivalent)

o CI/CD Integration:

Automating smoke and regression tests within DevOps pipelines
