Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Java Developer

to join our development team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience using

Java

and

Spring Boot

, with familiarity in modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments (preferably GCP).

Requirements

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using

Java

and

Spring Boot

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and messaging systems (e.g.,

Kafka

). Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous code quality improvement. Utilize

Bitbucket

for source control and contribute to CI/CD workflows. Ensure application security and quality using tools like

SonarQube

and

Snyk

. Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using

Grafana

and logging tools. Work in an Agile development environment and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

5-10 years of hands-on experience in

Java

development Strong knowledge of

Spring Boot

, REST APIs, and microservices architecture Familiarity with

Kafka

for asynchronous processing Experience with version control systems like

Bitbucket

Exposure to CI/CD tools and processes Understanding of secure coding practices, code quality tools (

SonarQube

Snyk

) Basic experience with monitoring and logging tools like

Cloud Logging

Exposure to

or any cloud platform is a plus Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
