Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Understand a planet scale system, both breadth and depth of how things work is necessary. An aptitude for rapid response to incidents and ensure high availability of the service. Collaborate closely with technical experts to maintain and enhance system reliability. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in system monitoring and issue resolution. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence of issues. Exhibit growth mindset, and culture of excellence, and agility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience.
Proven experience in understanding large-scale distributed systems. Deep technical knowledge and a strong understanding of system architecture. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining customer trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
+ OR equivalent experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
