We are hiring a search engineer with 5+ yrs in Solr, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Lucene. Strong in IR, NLP, embeddings, Java/Python, REST, and microservices. Must have experience in profiling, monitoring, and debugging production systems.



Desired Candidate Profile



5+ years of hands-on Experience in SOLR, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch or Lucene

Solid understanding of information retrieval, ranking, relevance, text processing / NLP, and embeddings.

Strong software development skills in Java or Python.

Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

Experience with performance monitoring, profiling, and troubleshooting in production environments.



Education/Specific Knowledge



Bachelor's or Above Degree in any discipline
