We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with minimum 7 years of Product experience in Bancs - Core Banking product.

Position Overview : As a Senior Software Engineer at ValueLabs , you wll play vital role in conceptualizing , designing , amd implementing holistic and intuitive solutions for complex enterprise applications.Leveraging your expertise in user-centric design principles and your proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences across our suite of CRM an HR software products.

Key Responsibilities:

o Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience. o Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization. o Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management.

Qualifications:

o Working experience on handling customization requirement and along with good knowledge of product capability o Experience in handling Bancs Interfacing requirements o Need to have experience of direct interaction with Clients o Good understanding of Bancs Product Architecture & Customization layers o Experience in handling varying Customization requirements and best practices to be followed o Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) o Experience in Unix shell scripting and Report designing o Bancs Payment Module Functional knowledge o Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used. o Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices o Experience in Agile methodology. o Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization. o Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.
