Job Description

Key Skills / Requirements:



4+ years in ServiceNow SAM Development

(must be hands-on development, not support).

2-3 years in HAM

development/customization. Strong hands-on skills in

ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts

. Experience with

REST/SOAP integrations & IntegrationHub

. Expertise in

license models, entitlements, reconciliation, normalization, and reclamation

. Knowledge of

ACLs, roles, and platform security

. Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Nice to Have:



ServiceNow

SAM Pro/HAM certification

. * Exposure to Performance Analytics, ITAM dashboards, and reporting.
