Role: Senior Software Engineer - ROR

Gurgaon / Jaipur

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with

6+ years of experience

in Ruby on Rails (RoR), who understands how to effectively leverage the language's paradigms, idioms, and syntax. The role focuses on building scalable, maintainable enterprise-grade systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in software architecture and design.

What You'll Do:

Write scalable, robust, testable, and maintainable code Translate software requirements into high-performance, stable applications Contribute to architectural and design decisions Help shape a distributed microservices-based architecture

What You'll Need:

Strong working experience with

Ruby on Rails (RoR)

Experience with

enterprise-grade systems

and

web services design

Familiarity with

Microservices architecture

Exposure to

OAuth, JWT, SSO, Authentication & Identity Federation

Knowledge of

AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (Pods, Meshes)

Experience with

MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake

is a plus
