Role & Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
o Provide hands-on technical guidance, architecture reviews, and strategic direction for multiple projects.
o Drive adoption of best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment.
o Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
Team Management
o Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers, tech leads, and engineers across various domains (web, mobile, backend, DevOps, etc.).
o Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and ensure team skill development.
o Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
Project Delivery
o Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
o Coordinate across teams -- product, QA, design, and business -- to deliver seamless solutions.
o Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Process & Quality
o Define and optimize software development processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
o Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through regular code and design reviews.
o Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure best practices.
Stakeholder Management
o Collaborate with clients, senior management, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
o Present technical insights, reports, and progress updates to leadership.
o Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical proposals and client calls when required.
Requirements
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
o
5-6 years of experience
in software development, with at least 3
years in a managerial or leadership role
.
o Proven experience managing
cross-functional technical teams
and delivering complex IT projects.
o Strong knowledge of
modern web/mobile tech stacks
, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
o Excellent understanding of
software architecture, system design
, and scalable solutions.
o Solid understanding of
Agile methodologies
, sprint planning, and delivery management.
o Exceptional
communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills.
Preferred Skills
o Experience with
microservices architecture

API design

enterprise application development

o Exposure to

projects is a plus.
o Certification in
Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2)
