About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Lead Software Engineer

to spearhead the design and development of scalable, cloud-based web applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in

React

,

Node.js

, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You will guide a small team, set coding standards, and make key architectural decisions to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full software development lifecycle--from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
Design and implement front-end interfaces using

React

and server-side logic with

Node.js

.
Architect and manage scalable solutions on

AWS, Azure, or GCP

.
Mentor and coach developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features on time.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring systems.
Ensure security, performance, and reliability of all applications.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

4 years of professional experience

in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in

React

(hooks, state management, performance optimization).
Expertise in

Node.js

, Express, and RESTful API development.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (

AWS, Azure, or GCP

).
Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with GraphQL.
Prior experience leading or managing a development team.
