About the Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer at Cimpress Technology, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling software solutions that power our global mass customization platform. You will collaborate closely with distributed teams across India, the US, and Europe to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products. This role offers the opportunity to develop microservices on AWS, and build full-stack applications that directly impact millions of customers worldwide.

You will be expected to contribute beyond coding--bringing forward ideas, driving technical improvements, and influencing architectural decisions. With a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience, you'll help shape the technical direction of our products while enjoying the autonomy to innovate and the support of a global, collaborative environment.

What you will do:



As a Software Engineer, you'll be expected to collaborate with multiple teams across the globe, understand the business domain, design solutions, and shape technical direction without requiring direct supervision and direction.


Collaborate with engineering teams and product owners in India, the US, the EU, or any of our global locations Build microservices on AWS that multiple businesses can leverage with the full-stack developer mindset, development of front-end applications Research better ways of working and help us to improve Propose technical improvements Participate in design meetings and code reviews Work with your team and other technology teams in a cooperative environment to understand What customers need and iterate on solutions, adapting to feedback from customer


What will make your candidature great:


High proficiency with Full Stack Application development in NodeJS development along with react.js or any other JavaScript technology. Good working experience with Data Structure, Algorithms, Low-Level Designing, Object-Oriented Design An entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys moving quickly on new, green-field products. A high bar when working with production systems. The ability to stitch together many different services and processes together even if they have not worked with them before. Ability to think about systems and services and write high-quality code. We work mostly with React and Redux. However, frameworks can be learned: we care much more about your general engineering skill than your knowledge of a particular framework.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Mass Customization a Plus Understands and communicates in English MCP knowledge is a plus


Nice to Have:

Experience in scaling processes for growing product teams. Exposure to working with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams.
