About Role:
We're building cutting-edge GenAI solutions and are looking for a skilled Senior Software fullstack Engineer to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in engineering scalable AI-powered applications, leveraging platforms like LlamaIndex , RAG, vector databases like Qdrant, and AI gateway like Portkey, API curation and integration, Prompt Engineering,Agentic Implementation, Node JS . What You Will Do:
Collaborate with Product Manager, UX, and Engineering Manager to plan, implement and deliver tasks and modules on a timely basis with best practices and adherence to SOPs.
Deliver end to end applications starting from front end web development, back end development, middleware integration and persisting data in no SQL or RDBMS databases.
Develop and manage APIs to serve AI models and services using RESTful or GraphQL approaches.
Orchestrate AI workflows and resources, including API calls, prompt templates, and tool integrations.
Deploy and monitor services in AWS environments (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
Integrate and manage AI traffic through Portkey for reliability, observability, and provider routing.
Strong technical design approach to problem solving for backend services. Should be able to communicate and defend the tech design choices taken for long term scalability and maintainability.
Prioritize to manage ad-hoc requests in parallel with ongoing projects.
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. Participate in peer and junior level developer code reviews
Collaborate with research, frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end AI application delivery.
Conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.

5+ years Experience with any server-side frameworks such as Python, NodeJS, Java, .Net etc.
Experience working with relational databases Postgres , SQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with LLMs and libraries like LLaMAIndex, LangChain, or similar.
Solid understanding of API development and integration workflows.
Strong Experience with data structures and algorithms
Familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
Excellent experience on Microservices and must have good knowledge in designing.
5+ Years of Development experience with modern JavaScript Technologies and Experience on Node.js and React.js/other JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
An entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys moving quickly on new, green-field products.'
Nice to have:
GEN AI and Application engineering experience
Langchain/llamaIndex experience
Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) in API systems.
Background in MLOps or model deployment.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
Familiarity with OpenAI, Cohere, Claude, or open-source LLMs.
Experience with multi-model orchestration or AI agents.
